Hunters Hill Mayor Zac Miles was Natalie’s guest on the Morning Mix on Tuesday 8 April,
where he discussed the latest news.
Mr Miles revealed that Council has recently replaced its ageing street signs, and other
signage in the Council area.
He also gave his response to an April Fools prank on the Morning Mix that Council was
planning to erect a giant bronze statue of him.
Additionally, Mr Miles told Natalie that Council is investigating reports of restricted
access to the foreshore at Nelson Parade.
He also discussed the sale of a Council-owned property in Vernon Street, as well as the
postponement of the planning reclassification of another Council-owned property.
Mr Miles also provided details of Council’s Anzac Day commemorations, plans for a
new library, and the forthcoming Spring Garden Festival.
And the Mayor also gave his take on the Federal election campaign nationally, and
locally in the seat of Bennelong.
